Well, they unblocked the US, although technically nothing changed yet, so I would not depend on this being permanent. Anyway. The only thing that is not available to US users right now is changing account region(which is available on my Canadian account). I tried a few simple things to get around with no luck. Now I'm trying some other stuff.
